About Cmmsly

The asset, the schedule against it, and the work order that comes off it

Who it is for

A maintenance manager, facilities engineer or works supervisor in a US operation that OWNS equipment and has to keep it running: a line, a warehouse fleet, a hotel or school plant room, a property with lifts and pumps

Not a facilities management business running buildings as a service, not a team buying spare-parts inventory or condition-monitoring sensors, and not a building owner looking to hire an HVAC or boiler contractor

What it does not do

  • Not facilities management, not spare-parts inventory, not condition-monitoring sensors, and not a contractor for your HVAC or your boiler. Those are different products and different trades, and we do not ship them.

What is on this site

3 free tools, each working its figure on the page with no account, and Cmmsly Pro that keeps the record. All tools · Pricing.

  • Maintenance log: Price the reactive work you do today against the same work planned: work orders a month, the share raised as breakdowns, hours each way and a loaded technician rate, into avoidable hours, cost per breakdown and the annual figure.
  • Forklift maintenance checklist: Price the pre-shift checks across a fleet: trucks, shifts a day, minutes a check and a loaded operator rate, into checks a month, hours, and what the checks cost a month and a year.
  • Maintenance work order template: Turn the register into a schedule you can staff: assets, PM tasks each a year, hours a task, a loaded rate and the technicians you have, into jobs a month, hours each technician, and what the schedule costs.

What Cmmsly Pro keeps

Keep the register, the schedule and the history, instead of rebuilding the spreadsheet every time somebody leaves.
