What this service is

A set of free worksheets that do arithmetic on figures you supply, and a set of written guides to how a maintenance function runs. Ellul Solutions Ltd provides this service directly: we are the vendor, not an introducer or a reseller.

How we are paid

A monthly subscription that keeps your assets, schedules and work orders as a record with a history. You contract with Ellul Solutions Ltd and you pay us: there is no reseller and no third party in between, and the name on your receipt is the name on this page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Cmmsly charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Cmmsly never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

A downloadable index of the worksheet results in your account, as CSV, so the record is yours to take somewhere else.

No warranty

Nothing on this site is safety, engineering or regulatory advice. Maintenance intervals, statutory inspections and the checks a machine legally needs before use are set by the manufacturer and by your own regulator, not by this site or its worksheets, and a schedule kept in this product does not discharge any duty you have. The worksheets do arithmetic on figures you supply and are only as right as those figures.
